The breakfast was excellent and the staff was exceptional specially Dira, Farah and many other colleagues. They were all down to earth and exceptionally excellent. I have never experienced better customer service and care than this in my life. We were all overwhelmed with the hospitality of this hotel and the team in the kitchen.
Lobby area as there were not many seating area where we can have a private chat. I did not like this huge and open smoking area and every time you pass through this area, inevitably inhaling smoke.

Very neat and tidy . and luxurious .
excellent breakfast buffet
The employee that took my bags to the room was visibly upset and angry that i didn’t tip him. he went from smiling and helpful then after i said thank you and goodbye without a tip . stone cold and frowning .
i didn’t have any notes , just arriving from the airport .
room rates are high so staff should be looked after by their employees , but instead they’re paid low and expect tips .
