Didn't have breakfast but everything else was excellent especially the sea view
Card only no cash allowed seen a few people being at the bar and not knowing about this rule

I like the location
The apartment with sea view was really nice
I like that they had pool and also so close to the beach, second time I go to Santa Ponça and I really enjoyed being in this part of the town. There were different beaches to go, they also had activities as bingo, karaoke and night music show that we enjoyed with my family.
If you are traveling with a kid, I recommend it a lot
The breakfast was good and tasty
I saw that there weren’t sun bed available or at least you had to wake up early. It will be good if they could rent or lend a Parasol

Reception staff great, knowleagable and friendly. covered all that we needed and allowed us to store baggage until room ready due to early arrival
Noise transfer from next door rooms and corridor. Was above outside cafe space so noise travelled, would preferred a room higher up rather than have view of covered terrace

Cleaning staff was good, check in and out was smooth,
The room smelled like canal, the toilet was broken on the second day and it took 1,5 days to fix without compensation, if you dont pay extra you dont get the seaview but a view of a blank concrete wall, the beds drifted apart all the time, we never und could use the pool because the sunbeds were reserved from the morning on. Breakfast is not included and very minimal, but was fine. All in all, if this Hotel was half the price, it would be fine, but it is way overpriced
