Swimming pool set back was great

There was no signs of showing reception pool restaurant extra extra I got lost ? it’s like a maze and in the room everything was so old I think pillows hasn’t been changed it had smell but they changed it

Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staffs. Perfect location to go to Ko Lan: only 3 minute walk to the ferry station and 1 minute to Walking Street🚉

Bathroom was super old — Mold was growing on the shower curtain and the water leaks out on the bathroom floor. The sewer canal connecting the pool area and the main building was particularly very smelly when I stayed. It was even noticed at the pool area. Every night there was a party with loud music in the property right next to our building until 2am. I had to put my earphones to try to get some sleep… If you would like the Ko Lan day trip this hotel would be a good choice. But I would definitely not take a room in the main building facing the patio area.

Room , Braekfast was good but im not Happy with the Front Office staff. Except for 2 Staffs.

Front Office staff did not know how to handle customers. They do not properly understand customers requirement . Room # 2001 Telephone does not work.

Location next to Walking Street - the most entertaining part of Pattaya, but also close to the beach. Personel extremally polite, helpful, Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice SPA, swimpool

- Staff: not taking care of me and my husband. i’m not too sure as I’m thai or not. I don’t wish the fabulous service but at least some nice welcoming staff is fine When I checked out, they don’t even come to pickup us. we have to walk from the room to the car parking with full of stuff in our hand. Also, I checked out with a guest who is non-thai. the front staffs talked very nice and politely and informed them that the checkout was completed. While I was waiting for almost 10 mins till my temper was gone. Then she told me that “oh the checkout is complete. you can leave” seriously? this is a service from the almost 5 stars hotel? you did it to me as I’m Thai? very disappointed. if I can give minus for this service, I would do. I won’t come back to stay here anymore and will inform whoever I know don’t come to stay at this hotel
