Every thing .. very professional staff .. the facilities are very luxury and you can see it from the lobby magnificent size and design .. room service was amazing and they made us a beautiful surprise for my birthday .. and they provided ua with a personal assistant to help in what you ever need .. waldorf was my first test to approve Egypt in my Travel list and they got 10 instead of 1 form your entrance untill you leave .. special thank for Aya , Dina and Amr as they where always around us taking care of there guests.

The location and how clean it was.
Dina was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The receptionist and the staff are not as welcoming and friendly. The room service was very slow. I had to ask twice to three times to replace the broken shower gel.
One of the staff insisted on making the extra bed early even though I tried to reason with him about fixing the bed later at night.
