Convenient location, quiet neighbourhood, very spacious family room and bathroom. Staff were lovely and accommodated us a bit earlier as we had two young kids. Great value for money overall!
The room is a bit outdated and doors are screeching. For some reason we never got info for the wifi password or the door code (we realised that late in the evening) but we managed without either.

My friend and I visited Plovdiv for a music festival. The room was very nice and clean. Key pickup was a straightforward process. Would recommend! :D

The decor was certainly interesting, and charming, had a lot of character really, which you don't see in hotels a lot. The bathroom was so beautiful, blue tiles, I would be happy to have that look at home. The shower drain was unfortunately very feeble, so the floor was always wet. We were able to leave our bags while waiting to check in. There is a bus stop nearby with a 17-20 minute ride to the train station. A small restaurant nearby. Not much else in the neighborhood.
The beds were not very comfortable.

Location was convenient for us, close to the International Trade Fair Plovdiv (walking distance). Self check in was easy, communication with the owner was ok regarding the check in.
The rooms we received were very old, beds as well were not very comfortable. The pictures displayed on Booking.com were much better looking compared with the reality on the ground, the bathroom door was hard to close and I was left with the doorknob in my hand. We asked to change the room with a better maintained one, but we were asked for an extra fee to "upgrade".
