I have room service during my stay and I cannot fault this service

The single rooms up the main stairs are very noisy. The walls are so thin you hear everything from the next room.

Breakfast room and service were excellent - as were the evening meals - really no complaint and I would stay their again if I were visiting Dunfermline again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was really good. Bed was comfy.

Stayed at this hotel on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th January 2023. Rooms are very dated, Saturday’s breakfast was only lukewarm, (I had the vegetarian option), but the thing that spoiled it for me was the fact that I had to pay £2:30 for a bottle of 330ml water! Most hotels I have stayed at give you a bottle of water in your room, but when I asked the reception if they had any water I was told they sell it at the bar! For the attitude alone of the reception personnel, I will not be staying here again.

Ample onsite parking, free electric vehicle charging point (capacity not stated, but around 7kW). Comfortable and reasonably priced.

Steep and narrow stairs to get to second storey rooms. Breakfast was inexpensive but forgettable.

Excellent hotel in every single way and there is not a single thing I could suggest which could be any better. I think that is the first time I've ever said that about a hotel.
