Bright and cosy room plenty windows to let light in.room got tidied every day and always topped up with coffee tea etc.was very pleased with room.
Bathroom door was a bit hard at times to open and close

Location. Will recommend you to colleages and use you again myself in the future.
I thought I would receive an automatic pdf receipt from Booking For Business but I couldn't find it anywhere on my online account. I ended up asking the guest house and they emailed it to me.

*The locatin close to the beach ... 10 min walk
* Clean and tidy
* Each room have there own kettle, hair dryer, ironing, fridge and small sink in
(( Only 2 room out of 6 have there own toilet ))
Sharing bath and toilet was not ideal at all
for us spically going one floor down in the middle of the night to use toilet

Substantial and delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location and on-street parking. Very comfortable bed and black out blinds gave an undisturbed sleep.
Double bunk bed took up a lot of space. A comfy sofa would have been a good substitute.

I like the location and I can see the owner is a professional that you got everything you need in the room.
The room quite small than I expected and in the kitchen didn't have a sink.

The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable.
It is perched on a hill which was a bit of an issue as I was with my Mother who can’t walk well.

This was easily the cleanest place away from home I've ever been to! The room was nice and had nice features. Linda made me feel very welcome, and so did her employees :) Breakfast was good and affordable, too! The chance to message on WhatsApp up to the night before to let her know whether I was in for it or not is SO convenient!

The people and the facilities made it feels like home away from home - and since I had been travelling for a long while, it was a welcomed sight.
I wish it was a slightly bigger shower, but it worked out just fine

Place was as described. Room was smallish but it had more then we needed. It was an authentic, traditional & comfortable stay. Good value for money.

close to where we needed to be , clean , comfy bed which was made everyday , tea , coffee, tv , small fridge and shower facilities were all good
the price , only because it was bumped up because of the Great North Run , I would say the normal prices would be value for money

Room generally OK, basic but had the essentials (TV, WIFI, Kettle, milk, tea and coffee) would suggest buying water for your Kettle mind.

Is very much a guest house, shared facilities including shower and toilets.

June was lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect just down the road was the beautiful park and beach.
The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely recommend:)

Actually the location was fine though I wouldn't have normally picked South Shields. Proximity to town, metro and ferry were fine. Nice comfortable little room.
Nothing to do with premises; Metro wasn't running on Sunday morning when I needed to get away. Apparently that's common. Taxi to Newcastle not so cheap.
