Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and functional. Good reception area, comfortable with games.
Car parking costs and transport costs to town centre.

Convenient location, very comfortable and very accessible to Park and Ride
Toaster that was burning everyone’s toast at breakfast

More signs to the hotel as it's almost immediately as you come off the motorway. Unfortunately, we drove past the turn off and did almost an 11 mile detour to get back round to the hotel. Needs better signs to get there.

Ideally located for the park and ride, Bicester village, and some of the small surrounding villages.
Some items are only available on request and the booking.com information doesn’t advise of this, especially for the executive rooms. Check in is quite slow. Corridors can be quite noisy but that’s down to other guests being inconsiderate and is not the fault of the hotel.
