Staff was friendly.
All female staff seem to have long hairs, some not fully tied up and I witnessed one staff member going in to the beans at breakfast as it was not tied properly up.
Spa was way too small for all visitors, nowhere to sit and pool was full of people.

Pleasant hotel clean and good breakfast
Surcharge for spa and fitness facilities- not advertised when booking & leaving a very ‘Ryanair’ experience. Can’t recall ever having to pay a similar fee at a hotel
