Lusso fronte mare con vista impareggiabile sull'acqua e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. King in master, regina e regina nella seconda camera da letto, regina nella terza camera da letto, due letti singoli a castello e letto estraibile nella quarta camera da letto (ottima camera per bambini!) più un divano letto nel soggiorno; 4 posti letto. 4 TV e 4 DVD offrono intrattenimento per tutti alla fine di una giornata di sole in spiaggia. La stanza dei bambini presenta anche una Play Station 4! Due ponti, uno fuori dalla zona giorno, l'altro un balcone privato della camera da letto principale. A bit pricy, true, but if you consider we had 3 families (8 people) stay there, the cost is not high at all. Loved the fact that we could watch the kids on the beach from the upper balcony and the kids loved the freedom. Also, we went during Forsyth County fall break, and because Forsyth is the only county to have fall break, there was NOBODY else there. We loved it, we had the beach to ourselves.
The only bad point about the stay was the fact that they advertise that they allow pets (which they do, we took out dog) but they do not advertise that the pets are not allowed on the beach. There was a person there that threatened to turn us in if they saw the dog on the beach.
Besides that, all was great

With 3decks, sleeping for 12, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a garage for 2 cars. We had a great time. We will definitely be back. I can’t recommend this place enough.

It was a very nice place and had plenty of room, great location right on the beach. The house was clean and very comfortable, great views from the balcony’s and close to the boardwalk and pier.

The condo is beautiful and spacious and it is right on the beach. We loved the location and the layout.
However, the next door neighbors that you share walls with are doing renovations and you will hear LOUD bangs, hammering, and saws running until 10pm every night. We contacted the property management but they said they can’t really do anything about it since the HOA quiet time is 10pm. So, if you like loud noises and feeling like you are in a construction zone until 10pm every night, then this is the place to stay! We had to deal with this all 3 nights of our stay. Not a great experience for all of our young children that tried to go to bed at 8:30pm or for the adults that tried to have a conversation over all of the noise next door.

This was a perfect setup for a group. Great location & floor plan. The furniture needs cleaning but I understand how difficult it is to keep anything looking fresh in a rental. We didn't have a single bar of soap in any of the bathrooms so had to go to the store for that. And the towels....well they were very small & thin (Walmart brand). Fortunately we live in the Perdido Bay area so I went home and got some good towels.

We stayed at this location for our last vacation and everything about it was perfect. The layout is great. Condo is very spacious, roomy and comfortable. Great location and just steps from the beach. We usually only rent houses so that we aren't next to someone but we never heard anything through the walls from the condo next to us. The deck space is GREAT and even the heavy duty patio furniture is a nice touch. Will for sure be staying here again anytime we come to Pensacola!! Had to communicate with staff often due to prior hurricane and hurricane coming while we were there and everyone I spoke with was beyond nice and accommodating. Quite a bit of the island was slow/closed or limited due to hurricane Sally just the week before so it was nice to stay in a place that the 9 of us could be in comfortably and have our own space, inside and out if needed. I have zero complaints about this condo or the rental staff. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location right on the beach and excellent views. Reservation and check-in/out was so easy. The unit is so well appointed and has all the supplies you could want or need. Our stay was during COVID, so we cooked all our meals during the week and the kitchen was great. Our family of 5 really appreciated the 4 separate bedrooms. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is great as it is close to all the shopping/restaurants, yet is on a stretch of beach that feels private. You are just steps to the water.The balconies are spacious and can seat large groups. If there was any negative it is that the balconies are fairly open and not private, but we only experienced that a couple days during our stay.I would highly recommend the property. It will certainly be a go to location when we return.

This was the best vacation rental that we have ever stayed. It was like a beach house in a complex. Whoever designed the layout thought of everything. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! We didn’t feel like we had to drag everything back and forth because it was so close to the beach. I’ve always says property owners should stay in their rentals to see what all is needed. Not this one!! It was perfect. The kitchen had everything you would ever need as far as utensils, dishes, and great cookware. The bathrooms were well thought out also. There were many towel racks and hooks for all of your stuff. We had three families and had plenary of room for everyone. There was enough room to park all there of our vehicles in the garage. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

This is the second time that we have rented this townhouse. We have already made our reservation for 2021. Things we like about this unit - location, views of the Gulf, garage, cleanliness. Pensacola Beach Properties staff provide excellent service. We appreciate that the owners will consider pets. Please, if you stay with a pet, be responsible. This is one of the nicest townhouses on the Gulf side of the island that will consider pets. One potential downside is that the living room and kitchen are one flight of stairs from the garage and three of the bedrooms are another flight of stairs above the living room and kitchen. My wife and I are in our 70's and we consider the stairs an opportunity to get some exercise.

Lovely condo right on the beach.
Great condo, fashionable decor, only complaint is the thick mattress and springs required me to use a ladder to get up on the bed. (I am just under 5 ft.). Why do they make them so thick?

We put together a quick visit to the beach were our adult children could join us. Daughter from Chicago and Son and family from Nashville. The size and layout was perfect, especially the room in the garage for two cars. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We have made trips to various parts of Florida to both coasts and the key. We were very impressed with the beach and the city of Pensacola. We will be back
