Boiled eggs were so bad......not cooked to the time stated. Stairway was filthy and you should be issued with two towels. One for room and another for the spa as just having one doesn't dry in time.

Room had a view. Clean and functional but definitely not luxurious.

Spa was crowded and not very appealing Restaurant buffet was very disappointing - food over cooked. Breakfast buffet ok. Parking was outside and meant we walked dirt into our room.

Access to sea water great, spa area worked well with kids, hotel area nice.

Breakfast not special, room style was old fashioned and poor air condition/ not worked at all in summer time. Parking charge too much for the location. Outside playground poor.

Amazing staff, lovely location, vegan friendly, outside seating area by the water & facilities are good. Hydrobics videos to follow in the pool.

The air conditioning was a bit old & humming at times. The curtains that were about 70% blackout/dark enough. The room was hot in the summer months. These 3 are all average for the area & standard for most hotels in honesty but prevent me putting 100% rating. The spa was on the smaller side compared to many in Finland, but was fine for us.

Breakfast luke warm, scrambled eggs awful and pancakes too rubbery. A good selection of produce but not cooked well. Sausages were the best out of all cooked food.

All superb but location is bit far from city and nothing around. But it's completely within and surrounded by nature and beaches

Location and spa. Please remember “spa” definition in the hotel is = Hot tub and swimming pool. For facial/body message one shall book it separately.

The breakfast was outstanding and staff very kind and accommodating. Fabulous walks just outside the hotel.

Almost everything perfect, beautiful location, great food, good service, great view, they gave me a room with bathtub as I asked them, perfect bed!! and you can use the pools and sauna after your check out, that was great!!

Maybe the only detail is that there wasn't conditioner or shampoo, that kind of facilites in the bathroom, just that

Comfy clean room, good breakfast, nice location.

No bathrobes as was supposed to. No swimming pool with suitable water temperature: too cold.

Breakfast was good with lots of options including gluten free. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing, beautiful surroundings.

Hotel was generally quite tired looking and in need of renovation. Some of it looked like it was from the 1970s. Spa area was disappointing, pools very cold and pool area was not heated so wasn't comfortable to sit by the pool. Childen screaming and splashing in the hot tub so far from relaxing. Do not order pizza from the restaurant, it tasted like a microwave deep dish baguette disguised with half a bottle of ailioi! For the price, I don't think it was worth it. If some money was spent to update this place it would be perfect, at the moment it isn't doing justice to its location.
