From the very first moment we arrived we were treated like the only guests by Chelsie (and little Artie!) even though there were other guests at the property
The room and facilities were of the highest standard with all needs met
The breakfast choice was perfect and also perfectly cooked and presented

Lovely B&B with a perfect location. Only 5-7 min to centre of Bath. Nice and fresh rooms. Good food and very welcoming host. Private parking at the premises.

Beautiful clean room. Breakfast was outstanding, the menu was outstanding, the best menu I have ever seen in a B&B or restaurant. The cook Zen was very nice with her big friendly smile and Zen was very accommodating to make us an earlier breakfast because we had an early tour. The host Christene was also very friendly and very accommodating. Location very close to attractions. We highly recommend this place.
Nothing, everything was excellent
