Lovely staff, fantastic location, incredible views of Kings beach and an overall easygoing vibe. We had a great holiday.
Minor improvements only: It would be great if the gym hours extended in the evening so parents could get a workout in after the kids got to bed. A spa connected to the pool would make this a 10/10 place along with a slight upgrade to the pool heating to raise the water temperature a couple more degrees.

Location was good and close to beaches.
The beds were very comfy.
The apartment when I booked it was advertised with free wifi. Upon arrival we were told there is no wifi in that apartment. I would have booked an alternate apartment if I had known there was no wifi.
The master ensuite shower is also very difficult to use. It is extremely hard to control the hot and cold together to get a reasonable water temperature.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was extremely dated and the bed in the main bedroom was well passed its used by date (it dipped in the middle). The laminate on the bedside tables was also peeling off. Definitely time for a refresh of the room!
The other major issue was the cleanliness. I appreciate it is hard to keep sand out of rooms when you are at the beach, but there was sand on our feet the moment we checked in, and the floor was dirty...
Given we paid $900+ for one night, we were disappointed
