Great location. The staff are very friendly. One staff member Lasna (I think was her name) went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. The loveliest young lady who always went out of her way to assist us. A great asset to the hotel
The only issue we had was music could be heard overnight in our room. After speaking to Lasna we deduced we were right above the dining/lounge and as it’s open all night the music is on. Lasna offered to move us to another room which we declined. Lasna then left a note for the music to be turned down low overnight which it was.

Location excellent for Horizon cruise terminal. Bed was comfortable.
Rooms and bathroom dated now and could do with refurbishment.

The location was great close to the rail station and the old town able to walk to all but the cruise port. The staff was very helpful. Didn't have their breakfast but it looked very good.
Not as nice as other IBIS hotels that we have used in the past, It was an older property not as well updated guest room that we have experienced at other IBIS hotels. Found the very deep bathtub hard to get in and out of
