Amazing views and a great location. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and hardworking. One night, we got some snacks and sat on a bench by the pool. One of the staff members happened to walk by and kindly set up a comfortable mattress on the bench for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture! We also had an early morning departure on our last day, so the staff prepared our breakfast in a bag for us to take with us. They did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality!

The only thing I would have liked was a bathtub.

Our first bonus was the view from our spacious suite. Balcony view of the Caldera and the pool. Mornings start with a delicious breakfast of eggs and fresh fruit. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. A short walk to the some of the best restaurants on the Caldera. I’d recommend Naoussa, for food and fun. Great stay at the Aria!

The walk up from the central bus station was short but steep. The bellman are more than happy to come down and help you tote your bags up. We battled it ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Tracy at reception was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and engaging. She patiently answered all my questions and provided us with all the information we needed. All the staff were warm, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Un luogo magico! Location davvero eccezionale, dove vivere nel modo migliore il soggiorno a Santorini. Dai due terrazzini della nostra suite si godeva sia dell'alba che dell'affascinante tramonto direttamente sulla caldera. La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi, la piscina intima e immediatamente accessibile, la colazione servita direttamente in terrazza (orario a scelta e qualunque richiesta soddisfatta), pulizie ottime, sia della stanza che degli spazi comuni, cambio asciugamani quotidiano e anche su richiesta, champagne di benvenuto, posizione perfetta...affaccio da cartolina, nel pieno dei vicoli con tutti i ristoranti, negozi, ..., ma anche vicino a un varco della zona pedonale (utilissimo per taxi). Insomma, bellissimo soggiorno, assolutamente consigliatissimo.
