An extraordinary hotel: for me, one of the absolute best hotel experiences ever Review The Gran Meliá Iguazú is not merely a five-star hotel; it is an experience that, in our case, exceeded every expectation. We stayed in a RedLevel Junior Suite, and the quality of the experience was exceptional in every respect. The suite was beautiful, elegant, extremely comfortable, and meticulously appointed, but the view of Iguazú Falls is something that is hard to put into words. Seeing them directly from your room—so close that you feel as though they are right in front of you—is truly unique. The RedLevel service further elevated our stay; the attentiveness, organization, and quality of service were befitting of a top-tier establishment. The restaurants were also excellent, both in terms of cuisine quality and service. Staff members across the hotel were professional, helpful, courteous, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The pool is spectacular—spacious and perfectly integrated into the landscape. The common areas, the hotel's location, and above all the natural setting make this property something far beyond the standard luxury hotel stay. The location—inside the National Park and facing the falls—is simply unrivaled. However, it would be a mistake to attribute all the credit to the location alone; it is the combination of the setting, the rooms, the RedLevel service, the dining, the staff, the amenities, and the attention to detail that makes this hotel exceptional. I travel frequently and have stayed in numerous high-end hotels. I can say without hesitation that, to date, the Gran Meliá Iguazú has been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had—if not the very best. If I could give a score higher than 10, I would. Highly recommended. I would return without a second thought.

There is not enough clear and detailed information about the facilities at the hotel on the website. We were not aware there was a rooftop bar until our last night. There was no real detail about the spa facilities.

Sicuramente la struttura risulta più bella vista da vicino rispetto all’esterno, visto da lontano L’arredamento curato è di grande, buon gusto

Non ho apprezzato l’insistenza del ragazzo della reception per farci fare la upgrade a pagamento e il fatto che non c’abbiano voluto fare il check-in prima delle ore 15:00 anche se la stanza risultava pronta. Altro punto che io non ho apprezzato è che manca completamente uno specchio di dimensioni ragionevoli nella sala da bagno
