Wonderful location, great views from around the Hotel The bathroom was very good spacious. Leo in the bar and restaurant was outstanding, polite, cheery and nothing too much trouble. Our Porter/taxi driver was also really good. Helpful and knowledgeable
The room we booked was a junior suite, it was not a suite, it was a small room with two chairs, no proper seating area, the terrace was very small and no view except a tree, not what we asked for. For the price this was very disappointing. The restaurant was very disappointing, we were celebrating my 75th birthday, my husband asked them to make me feel special, they did not, one candle on my desert did not make me feel as though they cared! Breakfast was the same every day,, no choice offered of fried eggs, omelette etc., We were recommended an Italian restaurant in Gordes for lunch,, it was probably the worst Italian meal I have ever had, they should stop sending guests there!! The service generally was average,, there is a distinct lack of any sign of senior management! In summary an overpriced hotel needs to do better!
