The staff was nice

I specifically chose this hotel because the room description said mini bar and the photos showed a mini bar. I was staying there for 6 days so having a mini bar or fridge in my room was a must. Moreover, I was doing a cooking class in Paris so I planned on storing all the food I was baking in the fridge. However, when I arrived and asked why there was no fridge in my room they told me that they had removed the fridges from all rooms and could instead buy drinks in the mini fridge in the lobby. Buying drinks in the lobby is not the same thing as having a mini fridge in your room. This made my trip very inconvenient and I every day I ended up throwing away the food I was baking since it could only be stored outside of a fridge for 1 day. Even though I complained to the staff in the lobby about this and also contacted Booking customer service (who also contacted the hotel about this issue), the hotel still lists the wrong room facilities online 2 weeks after I raised the issue.
