I asked for a certain room and he told me it was a water leak but when I was leaving someone was in the room he just straight up lied to me

It was close by the freeway

They kept putting noise people around us and we work early mornings it was a rough 3 and a half weeks there

the remote didn’t work and couldn’t connect to the wifi like was told

I was charge by the motel and you guys. I'm having a problem being credit money back to me. My bank need a letter showing receipt for payment.

Very clean, very helpful staff, active security on the property.

I booked a smoking room so it would have been nice to have an ash tray.

staff is awesome and rooms are super clean as well as modern room amenities in a quiet location with no outside rift raft

The customer service was the worst ive ever encountered. Theres a indian lady at the front desk that very argumentive and just plain out rude

The rooms were decent for the price

The people at this motel are very rude and nasty and have the worst attitudes you'll ever encounter . I highly recommend staying at Motel 6 Airport they're a little more polite and courteous .

TOTAL Nightmare of a stay. 1) Upon entering room no place to hang clothes or place to put luggage. 2)Turned back bed spread and linens, not clean, bedspread very thin. Cigarette burns on bedspread. No answer at front desk! 3) Lighting terrible, No lamps or normal lighting, Colored neon lights around cieling and blinking and changing colors all night long. Two rooms connected one with King bed and other with Hot Tub. 4) TV did not work in room with Hot Tub, said insert Direct TV card for access to TV. Video fireplace was nice under the TV. 5) Work desk was a joke, it was a credenza that goes behind a sofa, not a desk, when sit down to use, chin came to top of so called desk, unable to use it. 6) Steps into next room was painted black, I tripped and fell upon entering as no light and it was 2 steps, could not see second step due to poor lighting and black steps. 7) Floors dirty, not mopped or swept, had white construction paste in spots on floor. 8) Noise outside and woman knocked on my door 3 times wanting to know if I would like company. The 3rd time I told her knock again and I will call Police. 9) Now to the Hot Tub- Only worked on air jets, water jets not working as the digital controls needed reset. I reset the control board, after working with the controls an hour later water jets worked. The Tub appeared clean until all started working and black hair was floating on top of water, I am blonde/gray headed so not mine. Emptied Tub. 10) Tried to contact front desk again, still not answering. 11) due to unclean bed linens I slept on top of bedspread, I am thankful I carry a blanket and pillow in my trunk doing the winter, I wrapped in my blanket and my pillow and tried to go to sleep. Felt like bugs crawling on me ao moved to small sofa in other room. ** My trip was for a church convention, I reserved Hot Tub room as back surgery 6 months prior and I was thinking it would help loosen my muscles. The room cost me $159.
