The main purpose i booked this hotel was to watch VNL 2026 in Co'Met. And it really served the purpose. Very near. There were some restaurants around as well.
It's far from everything. The only public transport near is the tramline A. If you have no car and you are visiting in summer/warm months, i wouldn't recommend it. You will have to walk in the sun. The airconditioning was noisy as well. Sounds like you are doing laundry before sleeping. The breakfast is expensive at 18eur for limited selection

Good price and location for stopping while road trip
The shower was not separated from the rest of the toilet. The bed was too hard and the pillows too thin
