good location near the piste

We were left stranded at 11pm at night in -12 degrees because they didn’t give us the check-in instructions. Despite having called in advance to let the property we would be arriving late, we were given incorrect instructors to call a call centre in Germany who sent us to incorrect addresses around the town to collect the keys. After about an hour he eventually figured out that our keys were actually in the apartment which had been left open for us. This was a terrible experience, made worse by the fact that there is no reception at the property at all. Aside from that, none of the plugs were working, there is no holder for the shower head so you have to hold it above your head, the ski locker key didn’t work and they don’t wash the blankets on the bed.

communication and service was terrible. We weren’t sent the address so it took us 2 hours to find the place and out of hours staff really unhelpful. we weren’t given the ski locker key until the end of our stay. There was very little kitchen equipment and needed to ask for a frying pan.

The location is excellent

Could of done with a double bed

Clean, warm facilities on the slopes of Val D’Isere. The apartment was basic, but for the price it was excellent value for money.
