La situation
Le rooftop même si la météo ne s'y prêtait pas
Le chauffage central éteint donc pas de réglage possible dans les chambres.
Un bruit de fond dans la chambre ou à proximité.

L'emplacement est top !! à 10 minutes à pied du Cours Mirabeau et du centre historique.
Le petit-dejeuner était bon mais très simple .
Les chambres étaient propres, petites mais bien agencées. La literie était bonne.
L'accueil, service et personnel très agréables, à l'écoute et disponibles
Peut-être trop simple, ce qui ne justifie pas le prix un peu élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels dans Aix tout aussi bien placés, aux prestations plus prestigieuses et aux chambres plus spacieuses.
Attention ! : pour ceux qui partent uniquement en week-end vite fait, sachez qu'il n'y a pas de nécessaires de salle de bain, à peine savon pour les mains.
Le petit déjeuner est léger et ne présente pas beaucoup de choix. Ceci dit il y a l'essentiel.

the staff were brilliant. breakfasts were excellent. air conditioning fantastic. rooms were spotless and clean
more could be made of the roof terrace - plants, tables at different heights so you could work or write or paint

It was very clean and stylish, we also like the location. There is a rooftop bar that seems really nice option for relaxing after a trip coming to Aix.
There were some strange organizational issues (very small check-in/check-out desk that wasn't very comfortable during the rush hour).

The hotel is brand new and located in the old town of Aix. The rooms are super comfy and well equipped. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooftop looks nice although we could not test it as it was raining
The breakfast was a bit chaotic towards the end of the service (not much food left, or not looking fresh, we requested gluten free options for our breakfasts but they just forgot to order for the second day..). Could be the inflation (2023), but I found the prices really high for what we get...

great location to the old town. lots of restaurants close by and little supermarkets. there was a laundry mat about 50 metres down the road. breakfast for 7 Euro was good value. staff very helpful and everything clean.
mattress was a bit soft for me.

cozy and calm since it is located few minutes a way from the city center by walk. the structure, hall, bar, restourant and room are looking great: good combination of colours, shapes and interiors design in general.
almost nothing. the staff was extremely kind and preparared to answer to any doubts and suggestions. I only expected one last caffe for free but they made me paying it. it is just the rule.

Fresh, light & airy room with a comfortable bed, good sized bathroom & rain shower. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Good selection choices at breakfast. Excellent location to shops & restaurants. We would stay again.

Ease of responding to requests
I did´t like the public attitude of one of the employers to one guest, because of a "stolen" yogurte at breakfast. The emplyer was very rude to the person, dispite having some reason.
Security deposit/ guarantee to cover possible thefts.

foam pillows- always too stiff / tall for short/ small stature people. duvet- typical for France- but no opportunity to sleep with only a sheet
