the property was in central location, near to the railway & bus station and within walking distance of all restaurants, local amenities and places of interest. the property was clean comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the two sisters who run the b &b. breakfast which we enjoyed in the garden was plentiful and freshly prepared to order.

We had to pay over €2 for a bottle of water. In every Italian B&B we have stayed, a bottle of water was a welcoming and kind gift.

2 sisters running the place were very friendly!

Relaxed and charming space. The room was pretty & the garden is too. The whole space is artfully designed. We had a great stay here, lovely breakfast & the sisters are really welcoming hosts. The location is perfect & we will definitely return!

In the center of Pietrasanta with a beautiful garden, private parking and a excellent breakfast. The two sisters are very helpfull and charming hostss. We will be back! 😀
