ACHAT Hotel Leipzig Messe

The accommodation matched our expectations. The room was pretty large and there was space for all the 5 of us. The room was provided with a small area equipped with microwave so we could warm up quick meals as we arrived late in the night. I would definitely make longer stays here. ~ The structure is clean and well run. The breakfast was a regular continental breakfast. The location was fine for us as we needed something outside the city, close to the motorway. There was plenty of parking space outside and they have their own parking (not included in the fee)

Communication was a bit hectic. We requested a cot but via Booking message and didn't reply. We requested a late check in via Booking message around 16 o'clock and didn't reply. After more than 2 hours we tried to contact them via phone and despite the reception closed at 22:30, it was impossible to speak with a real person. As we started to get worried (we travelled with small 3 kids arriving late) we contacted Booking to understand our options and we were told to book another accommodation if they hadn't replied for another hour. In the meantime also Booking would have tried to reach out to them. Fortunately after ~45 mins we got the late check-in instructions. I guess they need to improve their communication, otherwise the place is really nice.

Great staff and so clean. Loved the breakfast too👌
