The hotel was located in the old part of Bremen and within walking distance of the railway station. The room was very large and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Very reasonable price

Location and really comfy bed, great shower pressure.
It would be really handy if the rooms had blackout curtains, also, it would be nice if there were customer toilet available. We returned to the hotel to collect baggage and get a taxi, and there was no way to stop and use the facilities, my mum
Was with us and is 80 so made it difficult.

Great location
Friendly staff
The coffee machine and hairdryer in the room didn’t work and I realised too late. That said, when I reported it to reception, both items were replaced with working ones.
Breakfast wasn’t great. The friendly staff kept the buffet topped up, so there was plenty of it, but the bread rolls were dry and the cooked food was tasteless and lukewarm.

Nice hotel next to 2 parking locations, very close to the main square, perfect location , large room and very good breakfast.
The bathroom doesn't have a door so you need to use the sink and have a shower without any privacy, and in a family room this doesn't make any sense. Apart from the privacy issue, it is also quite cold in the shower, being it open in the bedroom. I don't know if all the rooms have this layout but it's usually the case.
