The staff was so nice ! the location was perfect for skiing, the breakfast was also great.
the Bed was not the most comfortable, but it was good enough

I stayed there by myself - and the single room has everything that one needs.
The bathroom was big and spacious.
Everything was very clean and organized.
The staff are very nice and friendly.
Breakfast is continental - but nothing more is needed.
There is free parking around the building.
I would come back again.

BF was pretty good and the hostess is a wonderful lady allways in a good spirit.

The presentation of Bergkranz on Booking.com is correct. Maybe for one exceptence, the local "Kurtax" has to be added the bill.
