Location , front desk staff and restaurant staff great
The Attica bar had ridiculous rules all unpublished about reserving tables - made the job of the staff there difficult and gave a horrendous customer experience : in effect it discriminated against residents!

Good location. Easy walk from main train station. Roof top bar.

The hotel was in the centre of town, with only a short walk to everything. Room was very spacious, modern and clean

We stayed here as a couple and the location is unbeatable — everything in Bern feels walkable and convenient. The hotel was clean and well-run, and the staff were friendly. A special highlight was the Fondue Chalet on the rooftop: the food was excellent, and our server Christian was genuinely a delight — warm, attentive, and really accommodating. It ended up being one of our favourite parts of the stay.
The room was very small for two people, especially once we had our luggage open. Fine for a short stay, but tight if you’re traveling as a couple.
