Resort facilities, beach, animals, restaurant choice location close to DWC airport and also possibility to fly to DXB or AUH airport.

The buffet restaurant was not as varied as in the past. unfortunately no mini disco for the kids anymore they used to enjoy this. the Watersports time for all inclusive guests could be extended especially if weather isn’t suitable for the morning slot for example.

Very nice clean, beautiful surroundings

Restaurant options are great, nice view, clean rooms, friendly personnel - we've got a free upgrade from garden to beach view, peacocks are all around the hotel area.

Duvet cover had paint stains, shower temperature is a nightmare - there is no way to get it right - either freezing or boiling hot, mattress is way too soft to my liking, the rates for the rooms unpleasantly increased in the last years, but I guess it's a common issue around the country. Also, on the phone we were advised that breakfast can be swapped for lunch (we are not morning people), however at the check-in we were told that only dinner can be swapped for lunch. It's quite inconvenient, so at least breakfast timing can be extended post 11am..

There is some technical issues in Main door, Bathroom door and safety box, but the hotel manager treated that in professional way

Great facilities

The children's pull out beds were terrible and really noisy at the Palm Resort. The kids had a terrible night's sleep and the experience was lost. I didn't feel that my complaint was taken very seriously and upgrading my next experience wasn't a great compensation.

Palm tree court has a tropical resort feel. Quieter than the Beach Hotel. We had Beachfront suite which was lovely- beautiful Peacocks roaming free

The Palm Tree Court Reception is a little dated, could be doing with a refurb but it’s not desperate. The rooms and pool areas are lovely which is the main thing and the whole place is immaculately kept.

They spoiled my wife staycation. 1. Rooms are dirty, they do not keep good hygeine Their carpets are fool of dust/dirt, if you walk 10 min without slippers, your legs will be black. 2. Cigaret bud found in our balcony(on the floor) up on check-in, thats means housekeeping is not doing their job. 3. Ceramic Pepper mil, accidentally we crush one, and found instead of pepper inside, some mold/fungus, this was a last drop to leave hotel right away, this is not safe at all, and Prakash one of the FB managers there, tried to say, that this may be WE done it on purpose as we are not happy with a stay. We packed things and left the place right away. 4. Also same evening they put a note that 2am to 6am there would be no electricity, bz of Dewa doing some maintenance, how do you want to stay your guests without AC in the middle of summer?

The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. They were all about making you comfortable. The food was fantastic. The a la crate options were great. We tried the Tapas, Asian and Replublik restaurants. All excellent.

There wasn’t really any entertainment or anywhere to have a drink, as there was only one bar in this hotel.

I booked 3 garden view suits for my son birthday along with my family members. Everything was nice and perfect but they need to be flexible with their policy. The reception staff needs to be more trained. She acted like sales staff not a receptionist and wanted all of us to book for breakfast though i said we need only 6 ppl for breakfast instead of 10 but she said you need to book for all! I said it is our choice to have breakfast or not then she booked for 6 ppl at the end!

They need to include bookings via booking.com in the members relationship! I have silver one but they said any bookings via booking.com will not be added to your membership and no points earned

A perfect holiday from the moment we arrived. The entire staff are second to none. They all go above and beyond. Beautiful grounds, exceptionally clean and outstanding food! So much choice and all excellent quality. By booking this hotel, you will have the best time ever.

Everything. The resort is exceptional from all sides. For sure will visit again. The most I like the service, staff, water park, many swimmimg pool, quite place and peaceful. Size of the room is great. Club car is available all the time.

The pools need some serious maintenance, they were in bad condition and extremely dirty. There was some mild in the shower in the room

1. Quality & Presentation of food at the Orchid Restaurant 2. Few staff , one by the name of ''Munna'' was very friendly, cooperative, & so were the buggy team

1. Hot Chocolate ordered, half filled glass 2. Lady (did not ask her name) -- attitude at breakfast on being requested to bring a glass of orange juice -- her response '' Orange juice is part of buffet'' when we asked her to bring one glass , she indirectly meant '' take it yourself '' 3. Last night lady (forgot her name) attitude on phone on being asked for a clarification, responded by saying ''telling this to you the third time'' 4. Yesterday the person to clean the bathroom came after 1 hour of request, 3 calls were required to be placed. 5. To compensate for 1 - 4, the hotel extended late check out till 6 pm and a complimentary dinner for my wife & kids, however, did not accommodate our request for basics like ''cleaning the room'' - till 6 pm no body came despite 3 reminders on phone. They told us ''OK'' all 3 times , request was from 2 pm - however no one turned to clean the room up till our check out which was at 6 pm.
