Missing info on the charging station for electric cars. We arrived late in the night and wanted to charge. But you need to have an account on that spescific provider. If I do was Provided you could prepare it. But now we were not able to use it.

Check in was possible to make in late hours, wifi in the room (not as good connection though), the lowest price in area - perfect for one day stay.

Noisy environment, but it's not so bad and the overall experience is worth it. (Tip - ask for a room with windows to the yard, not to the road)

Easy late night checking. Plus the manager, Chris was welcoming the next day. He was very informative and very helpful as I didn't speak any German. I was very impressed with how friendly and happy to help me out with a couple of issues I had with the wifi and navigated where to look for things and places to go. I will definitely be coming back as my daughter was getting married whilst I stayed at the Amedia. Surprised as it's a Budget Hotel.

The room was very large and everything in the room was functioning

I paid beforehand but this did not come through to the self check in. After a call to the number it was sorted. The bathroom could've been cleaner.

I had to call customer service because I was supposed to pay through booking and I did. When I was checking in the booking was not processed and I had to pay again and it was a higher price then on booking. Couple days after I was refunded the booking money. I called the customer service and the lady who answered was very rude she even laughed at the end of the conversation.

Location near highway, self check in

The room was so hot that it was almost impossible to sleep in it. Because of heavy traffic we couldn’t open the windows.

I had problems with the check in automat, but for my call the staff was helpful and give me a room for a better hotel on same price

The size of the room

The rooms were 218 and 219, but they were not close to each other, and were a hallway and lobby area apart even though we asked for rooms next to each other. The rooms and hallway smelled musty and were incredibly hot, as though the windows had not been opened in months. There are lifts in the hotel but we were given rooms on the floor without a lift and had to carry our luggage up the stairs late at night with 2 young children.
