Great service, great location. We got a free upgrade for a sea view room as a member of IHG. Thank you for the great service! The staff are always helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is so beautiful and clean. We loved it!
The quality of the smoothies/drinks could be improved for that price. Thank you for replacing the drinks for a appropriate quality as it should be.

The property is old, but that brings its own charm, from the moment we walked into our Suite, an upgrade as it was our 40th anniversary we felt like Royalty.
There are parts where it’s showing its age, peeling paint etc, which could detract from the overall sense of the prestige, but a minor issue.

It was clean and rooms were large
The City views were not city views at all - the view was over the walk way and the bar. The pool area was disproportionately small. This hotel caters for families yet not enough sun loungers were available for everyone.

The new rooms are very good.
Swimming pool need a refreshment.
