У отеля отличное расположение, находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от огромной улицы с сотнями магазинов, начиная от торговых центров и заканчивая большими аптеками с народными лекарствами.
Номер студио-плюс был отличным выбором, была своя мини кухня на случай если надо что-то приготовить.
Стойка регистрации была на ремонте при въезде в отель, из-за чего приходилось ездить на 9 этаж для заезда, но мы были предупреждены об этом.
Также, у моих коллег во время проживания перестали работать ключ-карты, из-за чего им пришлось идти на стойку регистрации и просить обновить их.

We had a wonderful stay, as many times before. All the staff we met were very friendly and service minded: The reception staff were very helpful and patient, tried their best to accommodate our wish. The cleaning staff were always smiling, the rooms were super clean. When I asked for extra water, it was given without any problem. Once a concierge staff volunteered to get a taxi for me in rain
The restaurant staff during breakfast were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager there who seems to work all the time, still very attentive and friendly. There are plenty of foods for both Chinese and Westerns likes. We eat so much and so well, very often we could not eat any more lunch.
The apartment is spacious and has a good desk for a little office work.
The location of the hotel is central and super convenient for metro, eateries, and shopping.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again when visiting Shanghai.
The bed is comfortable, but a bit narrow for 2 adults.

Location was great, close to great restaurants and the Nanjing road, the bund, beds were comfortable—including the pullout bed, super quiet. The staff were very accommodating.
The washing machine was a little smelly at the beginning. After we cleaned it, the smell was gone.

I like this property a lot! The staff is very friendly and helpful including the cleaning staff. I needed to come back to Shanghai to pick up my daughter’s new passport but didn’t realize her visa expired along with the old passport. So, we had to leave a day sooner to handle this situation. Green Court’s staff were very understanding of our dilemma!
Unfortunately, my pillow was not as comfortable this time so, I didn’t rest as well as our previous stay.

The staffs are very polite, kind and response requirement quickly. Hotel breakfast changes menu every day and have eastern and western styles. The food quality is excellent! Room is comfortable with little kitchen which is good for longer stay. The bathroom has bad airflow. Smell mould. It located in a convenient location to shopping, sightseeing area and transportation. It is a nice choice to stay.
I truly hope the bathroom would be more comfortable.

Central location, privacy and convenience of a small retreat to rest and work.
The strong tobacco-like stench of room on arrival, the chipped furnishings and fairly unresponsive welcome at reception.

The convenience of the location for grabbing a taxi to most parts of central Shanghai for business (and pleasure ie sightseeing).
After checking in, there’s no fuss: get the lift and straight to your studio/apartment to rest and freshen up.
It is relatively quiet, has a comfortable bed, the convenience of a kitchenette, complimentary water, tea and instant coffee.
Overall, it seemed clean and quite organized. Parking available onsite.
I chose to stay in a studio, and although it had two dining chairs and a table, it was missing a small sofa in the large area beside the bed and the wardrobes.
Also, I wasn’t too impressed by finding tatty bath towels on my first night, a chipped bathroom door that didn’t close/open properly, and some dust under the bedside tables.
Lastly, although to some extent I comprehend, I wasn’t in the least impressed on checking out when the receptionist (Nemo) showed me a photo of a chipped kitchen drawer and enquired whether I knew about this. Until that moment, my impression of these apartments had been positive.
Subsequently, I shared my observations (which I had politely guarded until then) and suggested that the management keep a log of all chipped drawers/doors/furniture and any faulty contents and replace them to avoid such issues in the future.

The staff - always so helpful (not just the front desk, but the maids also), terrific value... i just hope my snoring doesnt disturb others! The walls seem thick though

The hotel is well-run, with friendly & helpful staff, especially the cleaning team such as Tracy. They are very responsive to our needs. Will come back again the next time when I visit Shanghai.

In all respects it was excellent.
A pleasant surprise: 5 breakfasts for free.
It was unclear two things:
1. I booked a room for two adults and one child 12 years old, but bed linen and towels were only prepared for two persons. At the request to bring additional bedding, at the reception said that you need to pay extra. However, after the address to the responsible person on duty, everything was settled. However, only two towels were changed daily. I had to ask for an extra, third towel.
2. A similar situation occurred with my friend living in the next room with his 12-year-old son. When ordering an apartment for him, under the heading "special request" was requested to provide two single beds. He got a room with one double bed. Upon request to provide a room with two single beds, said it is not possible. Although, in the photos published on the site, this option exists.

Once again, we had a good stay in Green Court Service Apartment. Although this time we had an apartment smaller than the "family apartment" we stayed previously, it was clean and sufficient space for 3 persons. Most importantly, it is quiet during the night. All staff we met were friendly and service minded. The breakfast included was good with plenty of varieties of foods, especially the coffee was the best I could get in Shanghai! The location is very convenient.
The double bed is too narrow for two persons!

Once again we received great service from the Green Court. Upon check in we got a room, although very nice and clean, on a lower floor. I asked if possible to change to a higher upper floor. The manager at reception Ms Lu, explained that the Hotel was full and she promised to arrange another apartment the next day. Truly, we changed to a room according to my wishes. Throughout the check in and changing processes, the staff have been super friendly and very professional. The staff at the breakfast were service minded and very friendly, there are many different types of food, especially the coffee was excellent. The apartment, executive one bedroom, is spacious, with a sofa bed in the living room. The Hotel has one of the best locations in Shanghai, really convenient for everything. Highly recommended!
The double bed is bit narrow. But it is not a big issue for us. We have stayed in this Hotel many times.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Swift check-in process and on my last day in Shanghai provided some great tips on where to to go. Comfortable and spacious room and comes with a nice kitchenette. Also within a short walking distance to the metro station and the famous Nanjing Street for shopping. Great value for money overall!
Probably make the breakfast spread more halal friendly for Muslim travellers.
