The apartment, location, and breakfast were great. We ordered take-inn from the restaurant which was delicious and very good value.
We had two balconies, but the doors to go outside did not open. So we couldn't air the apartment.

This has become our favorite hotel in Shanghai! Really friendly staff, lovely rooms, great breakfast, and in an excellent location. Faultless! (Great service from Jeffrey in the restaurant.) Thanks for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back again :)

I liked the location, near to Nanjing Lu and good shopping districts
I paid for a 42 sqm room but was given a room abt half the size. Rm721 measured abt 3,2x8m incl bathroom n kitchen area. I queried but reception argued that it's the correct room n sarcastically advised it's probably 10cm smaller than what I was supposed to get. I asked to speak to a manager n was told he was off (Saturday) but he will ctc me to discuss on Sunday. He never did. When we finally chkd out on Tuesday he offered a free breakfast at 11am nwehad already chkd out. Very u happy

Friendly Staff. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Nanjing road, pedestrian street. Shopping malls close by, convenient store, fast food just around the corner. Comfortable bed. A separate living area and own washing machine makes more stay practical and accessible.
The wifi connection a little bit slow during our stay but it doesnt bother us, we have a good esim connection which we used all the time.
