Amazing service with great location and facilities.

The staff were also very Accomodating and Warm.

Employees were very helpful and cheerful. Especially those at the lobby. The whole hotel presented a luxury and comfort feeling but rooms rate were quite reasonable. Location is convenient with access to subway and taxi and parks and entertainment were within walking distance.
Breakfast could have some more choices and more reasonable price, comparing to same level hotels worldwide. Also the entertainment inside the hotel was not meeting my expectation, comparing to other hotels in Beijing.

毗邻奥森冰场，水立方鸟巢，考古博物馆，带娃非常方便。酒店大门的先生们接客非常热情风趣，打扫客房的辛阿姨认真负责细心，主动帮忙借了加湿器。餐厅服务员也都很贴心，早餐中西结合，非常美味！还有煎饼果子！枕头被子都很舒适，睡眠体验很好！在宾馆落了东西及时联系我们，还提供到付邮寄。

staff are smiley and friendly.
Rooms are big and generally clean, we got view of the stadium.
Food from the lobby lounge is nice..
there is a small convenience shop and Starbucks just behind the hotel
staff are generally not customer service oriented, but they are friendly…
bathtub must not have been cleansed for months? and it rinse down layer of oil…
not recommended for non-chinese speaking customers as staff generally cannot understand English.

Great breakfast and buffet dinner. Wonderful bathroom with beautiful marble and standup shower. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel.
Restaurant price is high and there is no option to have dinner nearby at walking distance. Location feels a bit isolated near the Olympic park.

Big room, bright, clean. Staff very kind and helpful.
6 minutes walk from subway station.

Weird setup of light switches. To switch on bathroom lights you need to locate the right switch in the hallway.

Fresh and bright room and toilet. Nice and sweet stuff.
Toilet’s hygienic condition has a lot of room to improve. The sink has yellow dirt, so does everywhere possibly has contact with water…. although it’s fresh renovated.

Second visit in a month. Amazing rooms and the breakfast is the best in Beijing. lovely and modern furnishings. lovely check in experience.
scanning in all of the time even after we had checked in and had room card. this isn’t necessary and other hotels this is not a problem.

Breakfast room was too crowded and wait for egg station was too long.

Staff, service, room.
Location! But it's Beijing so.......I guess it's not the hotel's issue. They are meant to be there to help be part of the Convention Center. They even have a walk way to the Convention Center, which is closed. Usual inconvenient convenience
