Great hotel, great location.

It was super close to the train station/airport bus and although we'd heard the location wasn't great at night, it was fine for walking to dinner and we felt really secure with the 24h reception. The receptionist was also super helpful with great English and booked a taxi for us. The room was clean and comfortable with all the basics and a strong hot shower.
The room was tiny. It was fine for us just staying one night but would be tricky for a longer stay with two people.

We liked the fact that it was at a central location. Very close to everything that we wanted to do. Staff was really good, the Asian lady at the front desk was very friendly and attentive to our needs, she always greeted us with a smile which was a very different experience to every other entrance in italy.
The fact that I booked a room in this hotel thinking it was a 2 bathroom apartment but when I arrived it was only 1 bathroom. When I spoke to the hotel, they said it must of been a typo on booking.com and that it was a mistake

Great staff and in a great location. Staff made booking a taxi to the airport easy!
Smell from the bathroom was terrible and could be smelt from the bedroom
