An excellent stay! The best part was the staff, who were incredibly friendly throughout. Special mention goes to the breakfast team, who served us with a smile and super-friendly service every morning. Without a doubt, a place to return to." The location also was great.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable; the filling has compressed so much that it has lost its fluffiness. there was a low spots or "dips" where weight concentrates. I give the room's cleanliness a 7 out of 10.

As a world traveler it is always the people that make my hotel and lodging experience exceptional. I agree that to make a house a home; here in Italy, this beautiful boutique Hotel Barberini it was the case. Grazie to; Samuele, Mark, Sophia, Michel and all the support in the rooftop cafe that I met in Roma. The accommodations, of course are clean, comfortable and beautiful in this upgraded historic building located conveniently in the heart of town, yet quiet side street. My situation was that Luthansa Airlines lost my luggage and rather than be upset; I found the comfort I needed from the employees who consoled me with words of encouragement and did call the airlines on my behalf to retrieve my baggage. Alas to no avail; the couriers did not deliver the bags but I appreciate Samuel and others who tried. I owe much gratitude for the efforts made. I will return to Roma and stay. Aloha from Hawaii!

Beautifully centrally located, hotels were clean. Lost of the staff were nice.

The AC in our room didn’t work and every-time we called hotel staff, most were nice. One in particular kept stating that our room was 18 celsius (which was not). We were sweating profusely the last two nights. It was unbearable.
