The location was excellent right in the midst of cafes, restaurants, shops, and gondolas. Room was clean, staff was friendly
and helpful.
Bathroom needed some storage space or hooks for towels and toiletries. Climbing stairs with luggage was a little challenging but staff informed me of that before booking.

The location was excelent, the staff always there to help. Over all nice
Shower way too small, very hard to shower in a 17 inch shower, no elevator.

It was an amazing place to stay! I had absolutely no trouble with anything. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the bed was comfy, the shower was lovely, and they cleaned our room! I will definitely be recommending this to friends who want to visit Venice!!
Everything was perfect! No complaints.

Was super clean and comfy
They charges 60 euros for the baby who is just 20 months old. I have been travelling in May different cities in Italy and I am experiencing this for the first time. Even thought they charged amount, there were no value addition for this charge. I was given room on 4th floor with no elevator. Not even a cradle for the 60 eur extra. Very strange on this aspect
