Faloria Mountain Spa Resort

The service in this hotel is wonderful with the front desk staff always willing to help and make suggestions. The included breakfast is very nice and Masimo went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed each morning at breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is great overall but it would have been nice to be located right in Cortina and not to have to drive into the town for dinner and shops, however this was a very minor inconvenience. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus into town however we just used our car.

Lovely place. Great pool (a bit cold) and nice hot jacuzzi and nice sauna. Super friendly staff. Very nice lady at reception ANDREA and the breakfast guy Massimo was superb. Service with a smile! Nice room and also nice welcome gift for our anniversary! Thank you all. Lovely stay

Garage use is against daily payment. Hadnt noticed this, Restuarant dinner very expensive and limited choice. But staff is super and very professional. I would have preferred eating out next time. Swimming pool water not too warm!

On facilities, we enjoyed the big pool, steam room and sauna, and gym was surprising well equipped. Towels and slippers are provided. Relaxation area was a nice touch. Room and showers were very comfortable Arrangements and communication are done through WhatsApp so it's very convenient to arrange for room service or hotel shuttle to town Highlight was the staff - front desk, luggage porter, breakfast restaurant staff, housekeeping. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful (most hospitality staff just go through the motions but in faloria you feel the team actually want to be there). Small touches like actively offering to replace our bathrobes (anytime) after spa activities, informing us of repairs done in our room when we are away, taking the time to walk us to our room when we check in etc. Every morning when we start the day with breakfast buffet, we are greeted by smiley and cheery faces of restaurant staff (incl massimo), and a nice nod and smile with front desk staff. These are good hospitality beyond services advertised The eggplant parmesan and cacio e pepe by Faloria restaurant were superb

Opening hours for the gym is slightly late at 10am, although you can request for the key if you like an earlier start. It's slightly away from town but Faloria provides free shuttle till 8pm. It's also walking distance to bus stop to go to other parts of cortina

Breakfast was average but one particular male staff member went above and beyond and provided exceptional service so he made the experience for us. Similar to their private restaurant, the staff were exceptional.

The place doesn’t feel like a 5 star, we thought it was more of a 3 star. The facilities are nice and it has nice rooms however, you can tell the building has been renovated in parts at different times. I also reported an extremely old gentleman who was watching graphic porn by the pool and although the spa manager was kind and apologetic, they did nothing about it and let him remain there, leaving myself uncomfortable and I had to leave the pool. Overall an odd an underwhelming time at Faloria and I wouldn’t personally recommend staying there. Expected more for the money we spent.
