Centrally located
Lift has been out of order for months apparently. Hard work accessing the 4th floor!
No room service for 3days after we arrived
Outside noise ( not the hotels fault as it’s opposite a bar)

The best was the location and the people´s attention. The man that was on the desk for checkin and checkout was wornderful. I could not get a taxi Sunday morning to go to the railway station and he called and pay one through his application. That is very inusual and I want to highlight it specially. He is a student of the university and working at the hotel.
It has no lift.
The bed is to comfortable.
The bathroom is not fully equipped.

First of all…would I come back, absolutely! Superb value for money. The location, staff and breakfasts are great. Yes, the rooms need a make over, I didn’t have any shower gel in the dispenser (luckily I had my own) but for what you pay this hotel is fine, My bike was stored safely in the luggage room. Cheers!

Location near local shops and old town center.
The bed was two beds put together and uncomfortable. The towel wrack fell off the wall constantly. I asked for a 1300 check in and reception said if it wasn't ready there is nothing they could do.

"Buon hotel, la struttura e' un po' datata, ma pulita. La colazione e' buona ed e' servita in una bella sala. La posizione e' ottima, in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. Ha un parcheggio nel cortil..."
