Crazy dog in reception, barking, Making attacks to guest dogs. We booked a room with AC and terrass 16th of march, for our stay in August
We got a room without AC and terrass, 27 degrees outside. Tried to talk with reception about changing room to what we have booked, but no room left. We could change room 1 day later
