Nixe Palace

The view was beautiful and it was peaceful with the sound of the waves and seagulls . Loved the spa and the beach .

The staff forgot to put tea, milk and sugar in our room everyday . When we did request it they brought up the wrong thing twice and it took them an hour to bring . Very disappointing .

The position of the hotel in its own bay, with great views out to sea and the overall quality of the hotel, service and staff were amazing. I stayed in a deluxe room with terrace and sea view and the design, standard of furnishings and toiletries in the room were of a very high quality, which served to make my stay even more relaxing. Rooms were cleaned & re-stocked with drinks and toiletries several times a day. It was a lovely touch also to receive a bottle of local cava and some chocolate covered-strawberries on arrival.

Nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay.

Great location on the beach, great views, excellent amenities and part of a small town so easy to walk out to eat out etc

Nothing

Hotel almost empty restaurants closed only one Bar open health centre only allowed one hour had to pre book food menu well below this hotel rating. Excuses out of season but I was charged the full price no allowance for poor facilities none of this mentioned when booking a complete fraud .

As above.
