The property was nice, clean , good size clean bathroom, it was a rescue stay for us as we were traveling to Seville and we couldn’t find a place nearby Seville at the time. There is a nearby public parking for ten euros a day, the receptionist (Francis) was very nice gentleman and welcoming, We liked it and would probably stay in it if we visit Jerez again.
The air conditioner needs an attention, it was quite warm night and we couldn’t sleep well due to the heat.

Location for walking to see a lot of bodegas and the history of Jerez - great food options nearby - breakfast is normal and good - parking under hotel is great - staff are English speaking and very kind

At first AC was poor. Upon complaint, it improved.
Asked for a fan, this was an impossible request!

Good place, in the city center
My room faced a side where it was very noisy on weekdays, it was impossible to sleep after 8.00.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive, helping to resolve all doubts and requests.
The eggs were a little too oily at breakfast but I put that down to the Spanish style.

A well managed hotel providing good quality accommodation and an excellent buffet breakfast. The full breakfast range was available promptly at the advertised start time of 0730. Good location for sightseeing and restaurants in the old town. An easy 25 minute walk to the railway and bus stations. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakffast was excellent, various. We would only prefer to open bufet earlier. befor 7:30 an 8:00 a.m. It was too late. On our request the personel had managed for us picknick packages to take away.

The location couldn't be more central. Lots of cafes to try and shops to visit. Only a couple of minutes away from the main high street.
The hotel was perfect for us. Staying at Christmas the staff were warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable.

Room on a 1st floor courtyard extremely noisy. This should have been brought to our attention or not rent this room!!
