Brilliant location on the Balcon. staff excellent very friendly - special mention to Virginia who was so kind to me when I injured my knee ! We moved to 1 bedroom apartment with sea view as it was close to the lift - very spacious with balcony lovely sea view

Breakfast ok but no variety Disappointed re charges to use the gym and pool - surely should be included as it’s a facility of the hotel !

The sea view apartment was really lovely and much more spacious than we were expecting. Everything about our stay was great and we would definitely choose to stay there again.

We specifically booked this hotel for its indoor pool so we could swim in the winter. We would have used the indoor pool more, if the water was warmer. Unfortunately it wasn't very pleasant, hence we only used it one time. I would have liked more kitchen utensils in our apartment; soup bowls, a mash potatoe maker, cheese slicer, measuring cup and whisk. Some complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body lotion would have been nice and a removable matrass topper, for people with joint issues.

The location of this apartment was fantastic. Near of centrum, close of cozy smaller beach. Clean bathrooms and nice smell of diffuser in living room.

We really enjoyed our stay here, It is so central. right in the middle of everything , with all the bars and restaurants around you and the beach is just down the hill. Our studio apartment was large and had a lovely view of the pool. The hotel and bar , Cochrans , is fantastic and the staff are so friendly. Victor on reception was lovely to deal with and so helpful.

the cleaners accused me of having more then my family staying because we had a lot of clothes I had alot of clothes because it was a family wedding and I had small children with me did this mean I couldn’t bring enough clothes ? i also wasn’t happy that I had to pay for the hotel even when I had to leave early I let my brother continue to stay in my room as it was paid for through booking.com and nobody in the hotel could help me with this

Perfect location for beaches and the old town. Right next to the Balcon de Europa. Spotlessly clean. Very pleasant room with sea view. Staff friendly and helpful especially the gentleman who checked us in. Good choice at breakfast. The bathroom was very spacious and beautifully tiled. The small kitchen was very well equipped.

We had two single beds which were very narrow. Before breakfast every single sunbed by the pool had been "reserved" by other guests who put their towels and bags down but were not actually there. We felt this was very unfair and should not have been allowed.

location! right in the heart of everything, close to restaurants and beaches. The apartment had a fantastic terrace with sea views, all immaculately clean and the staff were lovely.

The only slight negative was noise from air conditioning units on the roof near our room, we had earplugs so definitely didn’t impact our stay but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to do the same.
