Overall experience

Great location in Firastefani. Outside of the crowds of Fira but walking distance from everything you need. Amazing views and sunsets. The staff were lovely and the place was exceptionally clean.

Amazing customer service for our entire stay and the view was incredible

The location offered amazing views and was very close to great restaurants and the central town of Fira, with lots of shops, etc. Breakfast was quite good and was served to our own private table in front of our room. Also the people serving were very friendly and helpful.

The room had several issues - the bathroom was about a 25cm step down (very dangerous esp. at night); the only mirror was in the bathroom and was mounted tilting down, so I had to stoop to use it; and worst of all, the door did not seal properly, it rattled with the wind and our last night there it rained and water came in under the door and made a big puddle in the room. The room was advertised as a “cave” so it was not surprising that there were no real windows (except in the door), but I did not enjoy not having windows.
