Room was clean but very dated. We received a different set up than what was pictured. The vanity lighting was not great so ladies take your lighted mirror. We were poolside on 6th level(top) and it was very noisy until 10pm each night, after that the room was quiet with no noise from neighboring rooms. We thought the amenities were great with many options. Several pools including an adults only which I wish we’d known about much earlier in our stay(opposite side of property to the lobby/pavilion). The fitness center was very nice with plenty of options to choose from for machines, cables, and free weights. The main restaurant was decent. Bowling and arcade were fun. A couple of EV chargers on site but my husband couldn’t get them to work as well as another guest there that asked if he knew the trick. Check in could have been better. There were many guests waiting in line(maybe 15 families or so) with only 2 check-in attendants working at the desk with a third coming much later. It takes around 10 minutes to check in so that was a much longer process than we’d hoped for after driving for 12 hours. Then on the third day of our 7 night trip, our keys were deactivated. The lobby staff helped correct the problem but without my husband present I couldn’t get the key I needed without his drivers license. He was at the convention center so he had to text a pic of his ID over to the lobby number. That felt unnecessary leading to a 20 minute issue. Good stay overall.

The property is as described however check in involved a long line and then a second line for a parking pass. Parking is insufficient for number of guests. The pool areas are very crowded. There are almost no pedestrian walkways so guests must walk in the roadways which adds to the congestion. Good price.

Great place to stay!

Water did not get very hot in sink shower was good. We had an issue with the door and it took some time to get them to fix it. Cost was good. Overall the place was safe and seemed well maintained and might go back
