Everything was wonderful, get location, looked just like the photos, great customer service, wonderful birthday experience.

It was super close to Universal. Had a great time and we even got upgraded at the resort!

We will definitely return to this property. Our room over looked Tukey Lake, which was beautiful. The room was pretty large for a King suite and the jetted tub was a nice addition that I utilized twice. The back patio is very large.
The property was clean and well kept and it has alot of entertainment options to choose from. The main pool is "heated" although it was still too cold (we had a cold snap in the 50s during our stay) The hot tub was perfect. The Bar & Grill restaurant was a great choice for our dinner option plus we were able to watch the football games with a pretty lively crew. The marketplace was larger than I expected with a deli and a lot of items to choose from (mini grocery store).
The property was less than 10 minutes to Sea World and easily accessible.

The parking is a huge issue with this property. The bathtub was a nice perk. The shower had very low water pressure so showers were not enjoyable. We did enjoy our stay at this property but these few things would have made the stay more convenient and enjoyable

It was a location, loved the pools.

The resort was busy but we were given adequate attention and information. Check in went well. We were given a room upgrade at no additional cost due to room availability. The upgraded room was awesome. The resort grounds were neat and we liked the amenities, though we wished the poolside bars were open later. Will stay here again.

The place was very well agenced to host 3 people. Not very exensive.
We were a little disappointed that there is no shuttle to go to Universal Studios and to Animal Kingdom.
Last Tuesday morning, we were not able to buy tickets for Universal Studios because there was a problem with the computer.
But these places were not far from the resort. We enjoyed the walk around the lake.
However the food at the Deli place was not good.
All and all, we had an agreable stay and we will come back.

Did not realize the pool was open until midnight. Bright lights and noise until midnight each day (ok unless your room overlooks the pool like mine). Had someone staying above me that was very loud, called front desk, security never came. Noise woke me up at 1230, continuous until 215. Trash in hallways and common areas, ice machine didn’t work, no housekeeping service on day 2.

We were looking for a place to stay while we visited a couple of the nearby theme parks. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The resort had great features that we would have enjoyed if our stay had been longer. Great for families and appreciated the security - felt very safe.

We came for the cheer comp and enjoyed staying in the studio villa. We had a beautiful view of the pond. Loved having food on property. The room was cleaned and it the complex was quiet.

We were located in the center of everything. Disney, Universal, and Disney springs were all with in 10-15 min drives. Convenience of having all restaurants and Walmart near by was a plus.
The room was just what we needed and the bed was super comfy! Would love to stay again!

The staff were very friendly, the room was great but the bathroom fan had what aperred to be black mold around it. The couch was on the same wall as the tv so you had to sit on the bed to watch it (had a day of rain so not much to do)

This is a good resort, nice and clean. Better than a hotel and a good value for the price I paid. I would recommend if you have kids as there were a lot of families with children and plenty of pools. If you are an adult or couple looking for a quiet relaxing time at a pool, I would consider looking somewhere else. Nothing against the resort as it was beautiful, everything that was shown and very nice. Just seems to attract a lot of larger families with kids enjoying all of the pools and the waterpark. I gave it 5 stars because it is was everything that was promised and beautiful. I did also like that you could drive to both Universal and Disney without getting on the Interstate. This is a great plus.

I enjoyed my stay in my villa. Though the glass sliding door is a bit hard to open and the closet door being off track it was beautiful. I fell in love with the property soo much that once I was presented with an opportunity to purchase my own villa I jumped at the chance. Will definitely be back.

Westgate always the best
As a Westgate Owner it was wonderful to book a stay in a different unit. I was able to enjoy the Westgate satisfaction I am accustomed to.

Nice getaway
Overall the resort was good. The room was different that the website photos but it seems that there were renovations since the photos were taken so it was a good difference. We were not impressed with the on-site restaurant, but room service pizza was very good. Our only "issue" during our stay was guests in a unit below us smoking, not only cigarettes, on their balcony. We were not able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the weather and the lake view because of this. Nothing against the resort for that one, just the inconsideration of other guests.
Overall, we enjoyed our time there and plan on returning for a family stay.

I can’t review the property because we didn’t stay at the property we made the reservation for. We were told by the property manager that our reserved room was unavailable and he moved us to the “sister resort,” which in actuality was not a resort at all. It was a hotel. We were subjected to a horrendous timeshare demonstration in return for discounted Disney tickets that we needed at the time. Westgate timeshares are a SCAM and come to find out our very booking was part of this whole pyramid scheme to benefit the property manager. Had I known what I was walking into prior to this, I would have NEVER booked through this property manager. While I can’t say anything bad about him as a person as our conversations were brief and cordial, in hindsight, we were just pawns in a much bigger Westlake SCAM to benefit him. I will never book again through this property manager or ANY Westgate property for that matter and I warn any prospective travelers to do your homework and don’t say you weren’t warned! Westgate = SCAMMERS!!
