Comfortable but small single room in a great location - just 5 minutes walk from King’s Cross Station. Excellent value. Unfortunately, not only is the bathroom/toilet shared with others but it was on the floor above my room!
Shared bathroom on a separate floor. But still excellent value hotel in a great location.

Very easy reach of Kings Cross Station.
Although small the room was clean and fresh. We found it really good value for the one night stop over we had while going to ABBA Voyage
Bit dated but still great value

It is central literally across the road from King’s Cross . But the street borders a little square . The staff on reception were welcoming and lovely .
The room was clean , and functional with a little kettle and a fan . The price was good value for money .
It’s not an en-suite and the shower was not on same floor as my room but it’s all workable . These are just observations .

Reception efficient check-in. Basement room acceptable with openable window. Tea and coffee, washbasin. All lighting worked, mirror and reading lights. Bed quite firm. Shared toilet spotless, shared shower modern newly fitted with working bracket, hot and powerful, better than home, bring your own soap though
Room 50 was next to the noisy whistling water booster pump which kept kicking in whenever someone used water, difficult to get to sleep even with earplugs. It stopped from the small hours until the first riser.
