Good price for one night. Friendly check in staff & restaurant staff. Good food but expensive £95 for 2 plates of pasta, 2 glasses of wine & 1 dessert.
Pillows far too hard. Hotel generally felt tired. Paintwork in room & bathroom scruffy.

Very good and convenient hotel for airport, good restaurant in the hotel, easy to get to hotel by public bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station, rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Receptionists very helpful at explaining how to get to airport in morning and arranged taxi for us which arrived on time and took us to terminal in 15 minutes or so. Taxi much preferable to public bus.
Nothing. All good and as we expected, convenient stop-over for trip from Heathrow airport first thing in the morning. Not quite clear where the public bus stops were so we went in the morning by taxi.

We had a nice big bedroom with a decent bathroom which was ahead of our expectations. Parking was very easy and the staff welcoming and helpful. The two barmen in particular were bright and personable. We will definitely return and the cost was very competitive.
We would have liked to enjoy a bag of crisps with our drink but the price was double the normal at £6.49 which rather shocked us.

Breakfast and a friendly staff
The air conditioning in the room is controlled by the front desk staff. You must ask them to turn it on, off, up or down. The system turns itself off every 3 hours which makes for a very uncomfortable night sleep.
