The staff of the hotel all were awesome I visited hotels in Sharm Al Sheikh , Hurghada & north coast but like jaz hotel staff I didn’t find all were helpful & so kind & polite , I would like to thank Mr Khalid Mashaly the manager of gust services about support . Also special thanks for Mr Mohamad hasan & Mr Peter from reception for arranging two rooms in a excellent places , much much thanks for Mr Mostafa hasan the manger of restaurant for arranging special cake to celebrate with my wife birthday & really appreciate efforts done by Mr Ahmad Abdulla & Mr Alaa from restaurant to make our breakfast & dinner marvellous & also not forget chief Mohamad who offered a marvellous chicken, meat & fish grill w

They have to to improve providing water bottles supply to rooms & in restaurant at dinner time

Food is variable and clean Rooms are spacious and comfortable

No animation or night activities Very queit at night

All kinds of food and great taste. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Farag, Ibrahim, Ramy, Amr, Ayman, Mostafa & all the beach staff, restaurant, housekeeping.
