Rooms are clean and beds are good. Most of the property are from high quality wood which we liked a lot.
Breakfast also is great and lots of varieties.
1- One of the property pictures on the hotel page on Booking.com contains instructions to the guests and is written in Arabic language. It has a lot of strange things and contain Discrimination language. Booking.com shall review this and take an action.
2- loundry service requested for two days but they keep saying we are understaffed and can't make it. Iron was requested and not provided either.
3- there is a small kitchen in the apartment but no any kitchenware or even water kettle. We have asked them they said it's not for cooking and you can only use the refrigerator!
In conclusion, The property is excellent if they overcome some issues that needs some efforts!
