Ridge Apartment Hotel

Great location for access to anything you need in the CBD. Kitchen/kitchenette had all the basics required for cooking your own meals. We arrived very early from a flight, and the staff allowed us to leave our bags with them whilst we waited for check in.

Property was a little run down, but everything still lovely.

It would of been nice If they had more rooms with bathtubs

Rec room including pool table, pool and gym

The location was suitable to both the hospitals i needed to go to. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms clean. Beds comfortable.

That the parking cost $20 a night extra on top of an $250 a night stay but no guarantee that there was a space available for you. I needed a Disability spot, and other guest could park there Anytime even if they did not pay. A sign stating that they will be towed, I reported it but was informed it was not carried out. I had to park in the service bay so I didn't block the entrance. My disabled friend had to be removed from the Car before parking as very cramped spot..this happened both nights i stayed there. Yet couldn't get a refund on my Parking. Even though Room was comfortable, the furniture in lounge was stained and dirty. And uncomfortable. So sat on dining chairs.
