We loved our stay here, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge. Facilities in the hotel were lovely and staff always very friendly and helpful. Saw lots of comments about the hill up to the hotel from the beach but we did not find this an issue at all, around 10 minutes to the beach front. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice of food

Can here with my 2 year old, the apartment was clean & a good size and the pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds. Perfect for a stay with small children.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They gave umbrellas for beach during your stay which is very useful in Menorca.

Photos are like very well edited version of reality. Room was smelling damp, beds are with wheel that you can’t even lay down properly, room was not very clean. It is more like an old apart room than a decent hotel. We didn’t suffer from the place of hotel but if you don’t prefer car you need to climb a high heel to reach it.

Someone entered my room and STOLE a piece of make up (despite having put the “do not disturb” signal). I have report this to the hotel that told me that would check with the cleaning team and after that would contact me, no one has contacted me so far. At the reception there were also some staff that dont speak english properly, which created another issue when dealing with the transfer back to the airport and gave us the wrong pick up time.

Breakfast was fantastic. The padel court was a lovely addition. Overall great experience and a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Cute place 10 minutes walking from Cala Galdana. Common areas and breakfast room are renewed and really nice. The bedrooms have good areas and facilities. Easy to park and near nice restaurants and a supermarket.

Beds could be better. Having comforters instead of blankets would be a great improvement.

Great location for those walking the Cami de Cavalls

Door missing off of the bedroom which meant it one person was sleeping the other couldn’t watch tv in the other room. No gin or vodka available in the bar. Breakfast meant to be from 8am but weren’t allowed in until nearly 8.30 as they hadn’t finished setting up. Not informed that there were hot food options until we had served ourself from the buffet. Told that they had just reopened but they weren’t fully prepared for guests.

I could see the ocean from my room. The room had a great layout I could of lived there easily.

The apartment we were in has some improvements to be done, like the shower always moved its position according to the water pressure. But nothing that could impact our stay.

Pool was superb, maybe my favourite ever. I loved the "hamacas" as well.

Cleaners would wake us up by knocking on the door. We should have probably put a note on the door so that's on us. It was noisy in the mornings when cleaning as well but we do understand their job, obviously.

Breakfast; is often a shortage of plates and cutleries. Refilling of juices etc very slow. Often had to wait for available plates and cutlery. Overall nice and quiet hotel, however setting a billiard table in the middle of the court is a bad idea. Noize and laud speech after 11 pm-12 am was very annoying. The cleaning service is great, however, without respect for guests; nacking to the doors at 8 or 9 am is not the greatest idea- no "no disturb" or other signage for the door available. No laundry service available, no irons available.

Had two young kids who needed encouraging up the hill at Cala Galadana, Menorca. But not a disaster. And nice route through pine wood.

Not a lot. I would have a bit more shade at the poolside, but that is just my preference, most people want sun.

We didn’t have a working kettle for 5 of the 7 days and we do like a cup of tea!! Also the balcony for our 2 bedroom apartment was small compared to others we saw so we didn’t really use it.

The pool area was lovely, and you were always able to get a sun lounger. The rooms were spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.

It was quite a walk up a hill from the beach which took about 10 minutes and was quite a hike in the heat of the day.
