rooms are a great size very comfortable and clean
only a continental option or only eggs and bacon offer for breakfast, they use to offer a full English breakfast within the price when previously staying.

A very warm welcome by Kath who took time to explain the routine for breakfast and showed us our superior room which was on the ground floor. Tea & coffee making facilities with kettle. Also we were able to park off road nearly outside our ground floor window which was very handy and secure. We loved everything about our 5 night stay in a very friendly atmosphere with hosts Kath & Rick.
There is nothing not to like about staying at this wonderful accommodation with so much character.

Everything!! , rooms were very clean warm and comfortable. Kath and Rick were great hosts. Parking wasn’t an issue with off road parking available. We had the king room and it was probably the best we’ve ever had in Blackpool.👍

This is a very clean and tidy small hotel, very close to I everything you need. Room was not huge but perfectly good. The two owners were available whenever needed. Honesty bar was very reasonable price wise but we never used it.
Nothing really , the area isn't great but that's just Blackpool! We never felt unsafe
